Heavy lifting quadcopter

I'm working on a project right now and I need a quadcopter able to lift 10 kg. It has to be also good in windy environments and has to do a strictly specific route. Where can I find one? Or who is able to build one?

Hi mate yes there are multi-rotors that will lift a lot but the cost goes up as the weight they will lift does , in the USA there is 2 guys that will be able to help first guy is alishanmao alishanmao@gmail.com
