Gyro malfunctioning?

Hi! I’m a first time builder and I am struggling. My quad is all ready and built, but now when I rev it up it rotates as if it is turning, but very rapidly. I was too scared to rev it up more in case it gets damged. I figured it might be a gyro problem or an accelerometer issue, but maybe some of the motors seem a little slow. Thx for your help!!!

I would double check motor directions and motor layout and then try to take off. You get a little interference when taking off as the air you are pushing down is reflected back at you.
 
Not a major pain but try a board & gyro reset in settings tab. Then redo your tabs.
Do not reload any saved settings.
Refresh the firmware on the esc.
