Guessing at 400 feet!

Yup! Flew Estes and Century rockets. Memorized the "Technical Section" of the Estes catalog. Member of NAR. I've been 6-years-old for 55 years now, so I might be the age of some of the kids you were sponsoring. Lost interest in rockets when I got an R/C system, then flew R/C for years before going back to college at age 26, getting married, having kids... Now I play with drones.

International Rescue uses interceptor drones deployed from Thunderbird 1 and can be controlled by Thunderbird 5 in Orbit ... if need be But they have no props just these super cool blue glowing sorta jet engines

I got up to close to 60 meters up over the park here... it's a small park and I was super sketched out about crashing into the construction guys area or the tracks so was sort of erratic and not up there for long but can see in DVR footage below:

probably about 4-5 minutes in I started just going for testing how high up I could get before feeling I needed to bail. Apologies for the god awful video quality the ESCs are introducing those horizontal lines but the DVR and encoding for YouTube upload made it all much worse.
