Got a new toy. Need help identifying a part on it??

It came with some nice Parts but on the very end of the booms there appears to be some sort of capacitor looking device. The ESC's are hobbywing platinum pro's 40 amps, and the Mystery device is the black thing next to it on the very end. Anyone know what they are and what they do??
 
Hmmm, what's the wiring? Is it just spliced into the power or is it inline between the ESC and the PDB?. Just looks extra capacitor or filter of some kind?
 
I would say filter too , may be the ESC messes with the camera images and this stops it , e mail the guy and ask

Thank you for removing that. From everything I have read, the capacitors are for two purposes. One is to make a smoother throttle response, and the over is to cut down on interference with a camera. I will be posting the the first flight video soon and sorry, no crash and burns for a change.
