Really things to look at are budget, portability and quality of video for air to ground shots I think for your use case. DJI products are known to be a fairly solid choice with regard to quality control and getting a ready to use experience out of the box, but you definitely pay a premium price for the brand name and that extra QC and support (they are basically a nice camera in the sky though and learning curve should be relatively shallow).
^^ think some good high level questions here to look at. If you want something that is just ready to go cinematic cam in the air then DJI or their competitors is what you should probably be looking at.
The tello is probably a good option for shooting in close proximity, but maybe some others can chime in with options if you set up a min/max on budget, expected flight time (based on what you see), and some expectations on need for support vs DIY and searching for solutions on your own.
