Good drone that I can fly low anywhere

Is there any drones that are under 250g with a gimbal/image stabilization or bigger that will fly in no fly zones? I am not looking to cause any crashes, but I would like to fly my drone very low, to film my family adventures.

I just want to know if there are any drones (probably from china) that have this ability ?
 
Maybe someone can prove me wrong here but going to guess the gimbal on 250g or less is just an impossible ask. Even if it's just a passive gimbal if it's a go pro or similar sized camera that's going to be 150g (with case) itself so all of your motors, electronics, battery, and frame would have to come in at close to 100 grams in the worst case there or say 150grams in the best case. A measly 1S battery for flying a tiny whoop is about 7 grams, you probably really need a 3S with about 3 times the capacity so 9 times the weight total or around 56grams for a still pretty small battery. Basically I don't know if what you're asking for is even physically possible with regard to the gimbal and under that weight. Another option might be a 'cinewhoop', but likely very short flight times with those as well so maybe not what you'd want for shots of the family hanging out (need to attend to swapping batteries and flying the thing).

Thanks, I didn't think there would be, so I was hoping maybe a larger drone that would let me fly anywhere?
 
Fly anywhere is a relative thing.... you can fly my 5" acro/racing quad in my small apartment, but I would strongly recommend against it (not speaking from personal experience or anything :D ).

Really things to look at are budget, portability and quality of video for air to ground shots I think for your use case. DJI products are known to be a fairly solid choice with regard to quality control and getting a ready to use experience out of the box, but you definitely pay a premium price for the brand name and that extra QC and support (they are basically a nice camera in the sky though and learning curve should be relatively shallow).


^^ think some good high level questions here to look at. If you want something that is just ready to go cinematic cam in the air then DJI or their competitors is what you should probably be looking at.

The tello is probably a good option for shooting in close proximity, but maybe some others can chime in with options if you set up a min/max on budget, expected flight time (based on what you see), and some expectations on need for support vs DIY and searching for solutions on your own.

I have a tello, and a spark, and agree they are very easy setup. Long flight time/good camera. Problem is my spark won't fly in a no fly zone, no matter my intention to fly low. I think gps is important, I was filming my kids in the river with my tello, and it would just sail down the river. Because it uses only flow control ? I been looking at the jjrc x9 but I don't want to buy a drone that is almost the same as my spark. I'd like to stay close to 400-600 tops looking at "mavic killers" but don't know if they will fly in a "no fly zone"
