Gimbal Feedback Ruining Flight Controllers

I am having an issue with the signal causing feedback into my fc and causes it to burn up. It works well until the gimbal seems to glitch. I have had this happen on two of my fcs so far and trying to elimate this from happening again.

I am using Naze32 and a cheap gimbal.

I have the signal wire running from the fc to the gimbal signal input, and nothing else connects the two together. Is there something that anyone knows that I can put inplace to only allow forward signal and stop everything from coming back to the controller?

Yeah. It works as expected. The issue is if the gimbal has a twitch it seems to send some kind of voltage back through the signal and ruins the flight controller. Maybe I just need to invest in a better gimbal.
 
That or your having a problem with your ground. Connect the gimbal directly to your receiver and see how it reacts.
