Gift for Husband. Anyone builds Quads for sale? Help

I need some assistance please ... Looking for someone to build and ship a Quadcopter for me.
This is a special gift for my husband and I want it to be a surprise ... Want to keep the weight down so that it can get good flight times.

Ok . this is what I want after my research.
F450 or F550 (not sure which)
* Naza M V2 with GPS and LED and PMU
* 2 Batteries
* TX and RX (don't want a super expensive one. One that will do the job)
* Monitor for FPV (ready to work out of the box)
* I want it to be outfitted for his go pro ... no gimbal ... just mounting to frame
IF there is anything am forgetting I am open to suggestions.
Please PM on the price for services and parts and so forth.
All else would be fine for open discussion.

Why not just get him a DJI Phantom with those features. He'd have someplace to go with questions and issues, and it would be READY to fly. I think there's a guy here who builds and sells the "Hornet" series which has these features or could. I'm sure he'll pipe in here in a day or two.

What's your time frame on this?
