Yes of course 2 differenti issues
about the video even if I flown slow the cold should have helped not damaging the VTX, which I tried at home and works
about the control I bought TX and RX together so the tuning should match, unfortunately FlySky limits the choice but let's see if the new FS-X14S receiver will be better
the Explorer is a BNF, it has a capacitor but I don't know if it is there for what you say
I'm confident to solve everything flying in the right spot far from the city this weekend, otherwise I'll have to find some good goggles, the FatShark Scout 4 are on offer but still expensive and big

Yah generally people or mfgs will put a "low esr" capacitor on the power input from the battery it helps reduce ripples in the voltage from the ESCs opening and closing "gates"/mosfets to power the motors. When actually "loaded" (props on and flying) there is more current draw to the motors so the electrical noise can have more of an effect, generally this shows up as lines or jumpy video though not as gray video not entirely sure why that would happen, my guess would be color data is somehow encoded slightly differently from the brightness channel in the video but can't say I've experienced that one first hand. It could be something as simple as checking the vid signal line connections between camera and vtx I have had issues with those as well in the past and usually easy fix to resolder.

I definitely have a problem with the video signal, you can see the difference between 1st and 2nd video, I don't remember crashes in between but since the receiver has diversity, I tried all the antennas combinations and the OSD disappears along with the video I think the problem could be in the TX antenna or in the VTX, unfortunately I don't have others to try, is there a way to diagnose maybe via software?

Looks like those vimeo links disappeared for some reason before I saw this but in general if you don't see OSD that means the video signal is jumping past the FC or otherwise the FC isn't able to add the OSD onto the display. Really what happens here is the camera gets analog video signal created and sends along the wire to FC the FC takes the video signal in and along with all the other info it has, it "digitally" adds characters to a buffer in memory on the FC and then it "draws" or rasterizes the digital info on top of the analog video signal that already came in from the camera and then it pipes the analog video signal back out, this then goes into the VTX. The VTX takes whatever analog signal comes into it (with or without OSD info overlaid in it, the VTX doesn't know about OSD data or not) and it sends it out as an analog video broadcast.

Long story short the part that deals with adding the OSD is just the FC itself so it sounds like the video signal is jumping past the FC (maybe a short on the vid line where the Vin and Vout go into the FC, continuity check these they shouldn't be touching) or the FC is for some reason just failing to add on the OSD. Your solder joints do look well done and clean but still sometimes a little fray wire or the like will mess things up just redoing the Vin/Vout has resolved some spurious video issues for me in the past.

As you will see the OSD is present but the signal is weak so I think the problem is in the VTX but don't know how to diagnose

Yah looks like either the antenna on VTX is somehow disconnected (might be the mmcx or other connector itself on the VTX PCB that came loose this can sometimes happen). Other thing is looking back at your images your VTX looks strapped pretty hard to the CF which is mostly fine but generally want to have at least electrical tape but some sort of foam/mounting tape is generally a good idea too so can eat some impacts/vibrations and the VTX isn't banging directly against the CF (or able to jerk around at all really). The quad looks like it's flying pretty good aside from that so yah would probably just try get replacement VTX and make sure to mount it with some foam tape and then the zip ties and zip ties on the antenna if possible to keep the VTX and antenna not moving relative to each other much. Basically if a wire is mostly secured but one part wiggles then it will still wiggle itself loose (and actually worse than if nothing is secured at all), it's like when you break a credit card or otherwise bend something back and forth until it gives, the little vibrations from all the motors etc. can rattle things loose.

Only other thing I'd think to try without replacing the VTX is making sure the VTX has adequate watts/amps available. That's to say if it can run directly off the battery power would hook it up directly to the battery main leads instead of going through a regulator on the FC. The regulators are good for stepping down voltage if need be for a particular component but they are all limited in how much current they can supply and might just be the case that the regulator you're getting power for your VTX from can't supply the power needed.

the ESC has 15A burst current and the FC has 2A BEC, considering a little headroom would be fine a battery with 20A continuous current?
I'll fly lightweight and cruising not freestyling, I swear

I had a new flywoo, again I flew for a while and then same problem.
this time the receiver was isolated and no water on the grass.
I must say just before the problem I crashed the antenna from 1m high on concrete but externally I don't see any damage and I flew slowly with 600mw but it is 0 °C, core temperature has always been around 20 °C and I never let the quad powered and stopped for more than 30s.
maybe antennas are less resistant than I thought, now my question is, if the antenna breaks the VTX burns even if the connector is still in place?
