Gain settings.

Hi all.
I have naza lite /V2. And I noticed that I can change gain percentages. Up to something like 500% or so. If I change these from the default, to a higher setting does that mean it would become more aggressive in terms of responsiveness? I feel that my forward pitch isn't extreme enough to get going off the mark very fast. But yaw etc are OK.
Is this the correct use of it?

Cheers. Joe

Hi mate the Naza needs to be in manual mode to be its most aggressive , the gain will help a little but if you go to high your have a fast wobble on the P gains and a slow wobble on the I gains for that channel

Adjust the attitude gains for stick response. The basic gains are for reactions to environment changes during flight.

Most to least aggressive is manual mode, then attitude mode, then gps mode like holtneil stated.

If I remember right there was a video of a quad at 101 kph but he had to runs gains so low that most of the time it could crash here is the video

Cheers guys.
I'll leave it as it is for now. I'll try atti mode without GPS and see if it van make me sweat a bit. I put it manual for a few mins but that's a little advanced for me at the moment. I like the self level when I let go of the stick when it's all going wrong. Haha.

Hi mate manual mode is the only way to get it to fly balls out , the other mode dont work the way you think , atti is height hold with out GPS so it will drift, the second atti is change able to failsafe or manual, the other GPS is full GPS mode all these modes are self leveling , the other switch is CL course lock HL home lock , Cl will also do IOC when its turned on in the Naza assist
