So I switched my receiver to my quad copter I just repaired and first thing I noticed was the KK board came up with an error.

Well I then noticed that the LED light on Receiver isnt coming on.
Even switched it back to the other quad copter and it didnt work there either.

Maybe Im not putting the wires on the receiver right to get power?

Anyone have any thoughts or the diagram to plug the receiver in right to rule that out?

Hi mate normally servo leads will have a small notch on one side of the plug so it will only fit one way , The servo wires are 3 colours, power is always middle pin ,the lightest colour wire is always the signal wire
A BEC plugs into the batt pins on the receiver
It is very important to make sure the wires are right way on the KK the black or brown wire of the servo lead must be on the outer edge of the KK so the outer pin of the KK is earth the next is power then the next is signal

That's what I figured.
Basically all black wires are facing outwards.
(none of my wires actually have those little lips on the plug)

But my receiver still isn't even coming on.
I cant believe it would just randomly stop working like that

What do you mean a BEC plugs in the battery pins on the receiver?
I do have a plug like that on my receiver.

I've only had 4 plugs plugged in straight from my KK board to the receiver and that's it.

Well I'm not sure since when the wiring got backwards but I always thought on Flight controllers and receivers that the black wire goes towards the outside.
Weeeeell not on the receiver. Black wire has to go on the inside.

Hi mate did you find the mark on the receiver to which way round they go futaba dont have the mark they use the lug on the lead but spektrum does look at the red mark I put on

Mine doesnt show any of that
Just shows channel numbers.

But I dont have the servo leads with the little lip on it either
