FS-iA6B receiver with ACCST Taranis X9D Transmitter?

Hi Guys,

I'm new to the Drone race world and I have a question.
Will the FS-iA6B Receiver work with the Taranis X9D Transmitter? I have ordered both and still awaiting delivery but I didn't realize at the time I ordered it that this might not work. Please help?
 
Hey Dinny...........I don't think so. I know that there are transmitters that can be used with other makes of receivers, but I don't think this transmitter is like that............
 
Damn... I was really hope it would work lol now I have to sell the thing as soon as I get it. Any ideas on a compatible receiver?

The "match up" is the FrSky X8R Receiver. But that's only one of the Taranis/FrSky receivers. And from what I've just seen, not all Taranis/FrSky receivers match up with that transmitter.
