Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place (first timer...
) Anyway, I had a Wltoys V686G RC Quadcopter from Banggood but it lost connection after approx only 10 metres and 'flew away' for want of a better expression. I had picture on the screen until it was aboyt 30? mtrs away but no control over the Quad at all and the return to home feture had no effect either. We searched for hours afterwards but no luck and eventually concluded it had landed in the nearby river. However, Banggood were very good about it and partially refunded me (with a little help from Paypal). All that said, my question is this, does anyone know what channel the FPV works on? I know the frequency is 5.8Ghz but there is just the one channel which can't be changed. You see, I still have the transmitter (if anyone wants it let me know) and I have the combined receiver/monitor. I hoped to use the monitor on another model so I bought a Boscam FPV transmitter that is capable of transmitting on channel 5705 as I believed that was the channel the receiver/monitor used. I only got this info from searching around on the Banggood site and finding a comment from a guy that had bought a similar monitor as a spare but where he got the info from I don't know. However, there are 32 channels to choose from on the Boscam FPV transmitter but none of them are picked up by the
Wltoys V686G receiver monitor. Is there anyone on here that knows the channel number or how I go about finding it? Thanks in advance!
