FPV kit or parts list?

I'd like to get my son started in building & racing quadcopters, but I want to start off with known quantity - so we can have a baseline for how things should work before we start modifying & building our own. The last thing I want is to get into this first build and realize I've mismatched parts, etc.

I was planning on getting this outfit:
I'm still planning on the Quanum goggle set, but that FPV250 kit seems to be perpetually out of stock (the motors are the problem there, I think).

Can anyone recommend a similar kit - or better yet, a parts list (preferably all from one supplier) similar to the FPV250 kit?
