Fpv help

I have a mach 3 video transmitter wired to a bardwell f4 fc. Camera is a caddx turtle eos v2 how do i wire this up and set this up complete newbie dont want to let magic smoke out. Also the camera how do i tell if its analog or digital uts all so confusing.

Although there are digital solutions out there like the DJI Lightbridge, most fpv cameras are analogue. FPVers that like to fly low and hard and fast and around obstacles will ALWAYS have a backup analog system on board, even if their primary video feed is a digital, HD stream. This is due to physics. An analog video stream is inherently "instant' and cannot freeze or lock up, or otherwise just suddenly fail on the operator and leave him blind during moments of flying behind, through, or around obstacles. A digital system, on the other hand, can only handle so many corrupt data packets before it begins to pixellate and/or freeze. As you can imagine, having your video system freeze WHILE you are flying low and fast behind a stand of trees would be incredibly bad.

The caddx turtle is a analog camera with built in dvr, very cool. The mach 3 vtx is also analog, you can tell it's not digital because analog and digital are not compatible lol.

The only real digital fpv systems that I know of out right now are the dji air unit and the fatshark byte frost, both fairly new items.

As far as wiring your camera to your vtx you can download a pdf file wiring diagram for your bardwell f4 board that will tell you what to solder where.
