When I take off and go forward or backwards the quadcopter is nearly vertical then flys towards the floor, this is the same forward or backwards, everything on the quadcopter ia balanced so even weight. Im using a CC3D flight controller and openpilot, is this something I just have to be careful with or is there something I can change is openpilot?
 
How far are you getting off the ground?

Aww I can get really high thats fine its just when I push forward or backwards just a little it will move fine but no speed, if i push up or back a lot it leans forward or back that much it starts heading for the floor..
 
Hi mate you need to turn down stick scaling I dont have that board ,so you can try going in to the transmitter servo travel and reduce from 100% to 60% and try that
