First quad setup, cannot get motors to spin using OpenPilot and LibrePilot

I'm using a CC3D board with 30AMP Afro Simonk ESC's and Sunny Sky motors. In the setup wizard what settings do I use PWM, PPM, OneShot, and have no idea what any of those stand for. I'm using a T-FHSS 8-channel Futaba Receiver. Every time I go through the setup wizard and plug in the battery the motors don't spin and I can't figure out why.

PPM is a connection using multiple channels over fewer wires, stands for Pulse Position Modulation which is the signal encoding, PWM is Pulse Wave Modulation ans has a dedicated wire for each channel.

Actual links to your equipment would help, but a quick Google search shows that Rx using sbus

I'm guessing you need PWM. Have you plugged the CC3D harness into ch 1-6 on the RX? Futaba will also do SBus nut you'll need to make a cable.
I think that all CC3Ds support PWM, but not all support PWM, if they do you need the little harness
