First fpv

Hi, I got a bit over confident with my X4 over the weekend and now it's gone forever lol so I'm looking to buy my first mini fpv, but I'm pretty over whelmed. I'm not sure whether to go for something like a Storm SRD127 or Loki x2, or to get something like a hubsan H502 with GPS so I'm less likely to lose it while I get better. I'm in the £150-250 price range, anyone care to make a recommendation?

What type of flight are you looking at and what are the minimal capabilities you need as well as the preferred but not needed that you know of?
 
Well I'd like to race, but I'm still learning and have no one to race with anyway so it needn't be too big, fast or flash. I guess biggest factors are easy of use and to find when I lose it. Altitude hold might be handy but if I've come this far on X4s and cx-10's is there any point starting now? Same with GPS, not sure I really need it?
