This is my first time building a quadcopter. I have researched a for a while and this is what I have come up with:
Frame: HobbyKing 250FPV SMACK Premium
ESC: Emax SImonk Series 12A
Flight Controller: MWC MultiWii SE V3.0
Motors: DYS Be1806 2300KV
Batteries: Turnigy 3000maH 3s 11.1v 30C
Props: Gemfan 5030

Do all of these components work together and is there anything else I need? I am trying to keep my price range between $100-$200 but I still want it to be of a good quality.
i am having the same problem. I want to start with the hobby and started by selecting parts but i don't quite know if this wil work when i order them so if there is some one who read this pleace tel me if it workes
Turnigy TGY-i6 AFHDS Transmitter and 6CH Receiver
Hobbyking KK2.1.5 Multi-rotor LCD Flight Control Board With 6050MPU And Atmel 644PA
Q450 V3 Glass Fiber Quadcopter Frame 450mm - Integrated PCB Version
MT2213-935KV MultiStar Motor and Propeller Combo 10-4.5 CW CCW
Turnigy 2200mAh 3S 20C Lipo Pack
Turnigy 12v 2-3S Basic Balance Charger

i wil look forward to your reply

HI mate if your going to use multistar motors get an esc thats flashed with BLheli ,this works better with these motors , As for the KK get a flash lead and flash with steveis1.8s1pro its more stable and much nicer to fly on, 10x4.5 props work well but if and when you replace them get 10x4.7 carbon fibre this will stop the quad from wallowing as the plastic flex and can snap keep an eye on the under side of the blades for stress fractures
you can use ecalc.com to run the set up through it will give you approx flight times, and if the any thing needs to be upped like ESC amps
