First Build FPV

Been spending all day looking around at builds/build kits and such. Wanted to know a good parts list for a racing FPV quad from people who have built them up. My budget is around $250 US. Wanted to know if someone would find the time to help me with a parts list. Much love!

Then all I would need would be FPV goggles correct?

Because I see it already has the FPV transmitter and receiver but don't I still need a screen on my end?
