FCB to RCVR connections

I'm new to R/C and quads. I did control line and free flight 40 years ago, and now want to build a quad.
I have a KK FCB and a FrSKY D8R receiver I need to connect up, but where do you get the connectors? Neither one came with any, I find that puzzling.
Also, will I be connecting 1 to 1, 2 to 2 and so forth for a total of 4?

SERVO LEADS! Thanks holtneil for the info...I had searched Hobby King under "connectors", "wires","cables", but not servo leads. Thanks much.
