esc help if possible

Hi guys hope you can help and sorry if this is in the wrong place I'm new to this community.

I've recently set to build the robocat 280mm drone.

I've got everything built and I'm now going through open pilot on the esc calibration screen but only one esc is firing up on theoutput screen after I've plugged all 4 esc into that channel and they all fire up but not together any ideas please
 
Can you explain the problem a little better and include the relevant parts? Also the word "drone" is bad taboo around many hobbyist.
