ESC, FC and PDB connections

I have been doing some research on how to connect the wires of the FC, PDB and ESC however I can only find how to connect the ESCs to the PDB and FC seperately, I can't find anything on connecting the FC to the PDB. Do you actually connect those two or is it only the ESCs that connect to both.

Hi normally the battery and ESCs connect to the PDB the FCB can be powered off the ESC to motor one or off a 5volt power out of PDB check to make sure the receiver has power from an esc or PDB or even off the FCB

Yah need power from battery to PDB and it has voltage regulators to step down the battery voltage to 12V and 5V typically and has pads with full battery voltage and big enough to carry current to the ESCs to power the motors. The FC typically gets power from PDB if using one or else might get power from a BEC (basically voltage regulator or buck converter built into ESC to power the FC and/or receivers from the same battery used to power the motors). The FC needs signal lines hooked up to the ESCs but otherwise everything just needs enough voltage/amps to power it up, where exactly you tap that from is sort of up to you but can watch a million build videos on YouTube to see how people typically do it or what people do or don't like for whatever reasons.
