ECalc Error With My Quadcopter

So recently I put my quadcopter into ECalc just to see what it would say and I am getting an error.

Error: max. power over the limit of the motor. Please check the max. power limits defined by the manufacturer! (electric Power: 372.3 W > Limit (up to 15s): 185 W)

I have attached some pictures below that shows what I have entered into Ecalc.

Quadcopter Setup:
Flight Controller: APM 2.8
Frame: Diatone Q450
Esc's: Simon 30A
Motors: 10 x 4.5
Battery: Venom 8000 mah 20c
Weight: 1.4 kg

Are you flying a 2 cell battery pack?

Try upping it in ecalc to 3 or 4 cells to see if that error still shows up.

That just gave me a lot more errors. Do you understand what the error message means? I think that it is saying that to much power is being sent to the motor but I'm not really sure.

It's the battery. 8000mah @ 20c is too much for those motors
Check 4000mah 3cell @ 20c.

Just a lot more errors come up when I do that to the battery

And doesn't the ESC's control the power to the motor so that it is not to much?

They do, but those motors are not built to take in that much power.

So does this mean I have to get a new battery with less Amps? or Less C's? What size do you suggest that I use?
