No idea but would get my hands on a multimeter/voltmeter if I were you and check out the battery, could also be a handful of things (throttle above 0, switch in non-default position, calibration of some sort needed usually GPS/compass with this type of quad).
 
Hard to say what's wrong on any proprietary system since there isn't really any mechanism exposed to the end user for debugging. Plus side cost of the quad is pretty small it looks like can scoop one for $60 but at that price would say price to replace is less than price to fix almost anything (props aside) on that one.

Without an oscilloscope and a fair amount of knowledge about electronics any further debugging is pretty much impossible and if I'm hooking up a $600 oscilloscope to fix a $60 quad it just starts to not make any sense :D
