I dont have an e33 to directly compare, but the e33 is bigger i believe and the e33 you showed is i think wifi version "W" only and not wifi and altitude hold "HW".
Altho there is probably an e33hw version also somewhere.
Most manufacturers release different versions of the same model "e31" plain quad or "e31c/w/hw" camera only, wifi, altitude+wifi.

Looks better though and the contrasting props are certainly a plus for beginners (actually that's all I ever use). It also has an adjustable angle camera and the auto motor stop function, again great for for crash prone beginners.
