Dx6e Controller binds to Spektrum Receiver, but still can't receive inputs

Hello everyone. I'm building my first quad! It has a Spectrum FPV Racing Serial Receiver, and a SP F3 Racing controller. It also has Cleanflight installed and I can control the motors from the Cleanflight software!

When I bind my DX6e controller to it, it connects and says 11ms, and the light on the receiver turns solid orange, but there is no bars showing on the receiver like there is when I bind to my other drone. Also, when I move the controls I am unable to see any changes inside the receiver tab in the Cleanflight software.

So to conclude... the light on the receiver turns solid orange, and it says it connects on the controller, but it doesn't seem to actually connect, the motors don't respond, and I don't see any evidence it's connected from inside CleanFlight.

Also, not sure if relevant, but it says DSMX on the top left of the controller. Usually when I connect to my other drone (that works) it says DSMX on the top left, and on the top it says the connection bars. In this situation it shows no connection bars.

Can anyone please offer any advice?

Are the motors moving in correct order 1-4. If so check your wiring diagram again.
Specifically spectrum wiring. Then setup tab & configuration tab.
Can you post a pic, I'm using spf3 on 3 of mine. Ppm does me but I'll get round to alot of updates & use sbus or ibus.
So Reflow the solder joints or pins,
Sometimes just the tx being close to the rx gets no signal. Picture says a thousand words & a video is a thousand pictures.

The motors work fine. I know this because I am able to turn on each one from the CleanFlight control panel. Even if they were reversing or something, I can easily change the wiring.

I will take some pictures and post them soon.

I believe the problem must lie with the Transmitter Receiver on the drone, so I don't see how that has anything to do with motors. The orange light on the receiver turns solid after binding successfully, but there are no connection bars shown to the left of the "DSMX" message found on the top left panel of my controller, and the receiver inside cleanflight shows no inputs being received.

So if your motor wiring is right. And the (brand new rx) is wired to the SPF3 correctly. & receiving 5v from pdb or bec.
Then the only thing left is cleanflight tabs
Did you select spectrum in the list. I got a fly sky, ppm. so spectrum is a different connection.
