Dumb question but does 5amps really make a difference ? Like if I used to have a 35amp esc and now a 30amp esc with all the same setup (rx,camera,vtx,motors)
 
Depends on what you are asking of them, which is going to be judged by the motors and battery. Check to see if your motors have a chart showing testing of different prop/battery combos. I would say this would be okay, but not optimal, for a 5" 4S mini quad. That's what I fly, and I rarely see it go above 100A total using a 4.6 prop. If you have OSD you can add the current draw to your screen, provided you're FPV of course.
