Huh I know you aren't allowed to use quads to fish directly and ultralights at least in the US are allowed but definitely lots of gray area legally on that one, video won't load here but strange find. All of the worry about "someone" could have been injured on another article I found with the video seems overblown to me, people could get hurt getting into their cars or riding motorcycles too, we should lock everyone in padded rooms so they don't get hurt. The size of the thing is definitely a concern but if it's lighter than an ultralight I don't really see it as more dangerous (plus flying over a lake which is probably the safest place to test something like this)

Anyhow that was one crazy octo (er whatever 16 is) copter they built to get a person off the ground, and welcome to the forum!
