Drone for photography

Hi, i am new, and i just have a few questions, I am looking for drone with at least 8mb cam or better but now I have seen the Syma X8G drone w/ 8mb cam, but I would like to have the live few for taking Real Estate pics, also i seen the Xiaomi Yi Action Camera 16mb, so my question is simple, what would anybody recommend for a live view , the 16mb cam and a drone ..are there drones where I can just piece the parts together for what I am looking for ?.. i have been googling this for months now , and i just get more confused, any help would be most appreciated..thank u for any relies back..

I am with Jackson on this. You will have to invest more than 300 to get a good camera that you will be happy with, that is stabilized in the air, and that is good enough for real-estate filming.

Did you happen to take a look at the dji phantoms?

yes, i have looked at the phantoms, and i think around the 300-400 range used..i have found a few on ebay..still looking..
