Drone fell into lake.

Hi guys just started to fly my mavic pro platnium over a lake lost all control and fell straight into the water. Lost my drone couldn't find it. I've had 5 flights not one problem..

I've attached my flight record. If anyone can give me some feedback plz
Is this a warranty case?

As this is a DJI drone, take this to the forum forum.dji.com. Also, submit a support ticket. The DJI people will help figure out what went wrong and if it was a defect in the drone, will provide another. DJI support is pretty good.
 
Get yourself a fishing rod or scube gear.

Horrible isn't it. At least davey Jones is having fun.
Even after 4 years I stay away from H2° unless it's clouds.
At around what distance did it happen.
If it's 1' outside manufacturers stated usage then it will probably be on your head.
How high off water was it & how high where the waves.
These things won't show on the data & will likely be used against you.
Sorry I can't read the data.
