Well I purchased my first drone and while it is not the primo nor even middle contender it will set me up with practice to down the road to eventually maybe look to the Autel X-Star which I have looked at along with others but seen this beast first hand and loved the demo.

I am getting use to take off and landing on my own as well as using the auto take off and land feature. I was able to make a great 2 minute video of this drone flying over my residence and pan around the immediate neighborhood. I was impressed with the camera quality and results for the money.

I do wish while I am getting about 10 minutes easy fly time the batteries would last for a easy 20 minutes but it is what it is. I do have three batteries so having them charged and ready makes for a decent time.

I can see the addiction to flying these machines and I had been looking at drones for 5 years and decided to finally get one. This is one tough little machine too. I have crashed into trees and at high altitudes but thankfully the branches break the fall to earth rather well. A quick check on the props and guards then re-tune the trim and link up again and this beast is back to flying! Could not be happier. My only complaint is the ridiculous download time for a average 2 minute video!!!!! There has to be a better format. May have to look into a thumb drive to insert the micro SD card then put to the laptop.

249.99 for a drone that doesn't fly, and you can not even buy replacement motors. I have gone through 3 motors in less as many weeks.

My advice - stay away until the can actually produce a product that works, and the can supply replacement parts for.

What are you even talking about???? It does fly and does well for the money. Yes, you can buy replacement motors as well as prop shafts; props; bearings; and a multitude of other parts. Where do you live that you cannot get parts???? Try Tower Hobbies for they have everything you need.

If you are referring to your own personal experience then I have no idea other than maybe you need to learn to fly it to keep from burning up motors. I have not had a single issue that was not easily rectified.

Really Michael? Please, find me one website that has the motors in stock? Tower Hobbies is out of stock, and that's surprising since they manufacture it. Look everywhere you want...Ebay, Amazon, Tower, RC Planet.

Thanks for the advice Mike, but no thanks at the same time.
