Dromida OMINUS - quick help needed

I just purchased DROMIDA - Ominus with FPV. Have some problems with the quad.

1. I was surprised there is no ON/OFF switch on the aircraft. Pulling out the battery plugs every time seems to be very annoying. I wonder if anybody tried to install the power switch ?

2. I have problems with FPVCam program for Anderoid. I installed it on my Samsung Note -2 (Android 4.3) it works fine. Unfortunately this phone is way to heavy for the included mount. The controller shakes, the mount falls dwn, etc. so I decided to try another phone (size of an iPhone or smaller).
any ideas how to mount or modify the phone mount so I can have my Note-2 sitting steady on the transmitter ?

3. When trying to connect my FPVCam to the on board camera I get error "Add device failed". This smaller phone is running Android 4.1 I called company tech support - but they know nothing and contacting them is simply waste of time. Worst support ever! Wonder if anybody has any ideas how to make this software work on my phone ?

4. I'm about to return this quad to the store and wonder if there are any recommendations for something similar (in size and featers) ? I have tried SYMA X5C (this was actually clone from some other company but the circ.board was identical to SYMA. I had to return it to the store because I've lost one of the small plastic gears while landing somewehre, so one prop stopped working. I also srtuggled with getting right betteries and chargers. I got tired of trying local stores so probably would want to order something on-line. Since I'm a beginner I would need either something for beginners or perhaps go with the more expensive quad (which I'm planning to anyway) with GPS.

I would appreciate some answers and help.

I agree with the no on off switch, unplugging the battery is a major pain. I ALSO had issues with the fpv cam, I got the same message, even after watching a video and following the pattern of turning things on in order I still get that message. ERRRRGG!
I believe we will be sending this quad back as we used i for 10 minutes and a motor went out, call the company and received another one. The same directional one was going slow. But after replacing the new motor, playing with it for another 10 minutes the opposite direction motor went out. This was after investing in 5 additional batteries to be able to play longer. I am just a little upset about this as it was a Christmas present and we wanted to take it with us on vacation, but that is not going to happen now. Bummed to the max!
