Hi all
I recently bought a quad with a 2mp wi fi camera .( not too expensive as learning ) However it records only to the phone ( quality looks good on phone ) When I put the recording on to pc the quality is terrible !.
Would the same camera record better if camera had a memory card in it .?
Other than that I will have to see if i can attatch a go pro .

What megapixel is the camera? Is there a way to adjust the image size?

The quality of the image deteriotates as the image is enlarged if the image is not as large as the size that it is being stretched to.

Are you transferring the image(s) directly to the PC using a USB cable?
Sending images via text or email can sometimes degrade the image due to compression and resizing.
Just a thought.
 
Ringolong its a 2mp camera

Jackson the syma one is 2 mp same as one I have and that does not seem to have a memory card , the other one looks better . Will it work with the app software for the drone ??

Michael yes plugging usb into pc to transfer images

Anyone know why controller photo /video /return buttons will not work please ??

The Syma X5 camera will take a card for recording.

If by "app software", if you mean the FPV stuff to your phone the answer is NO. It may work with your transmitter buttons, but it's a gamble. No one has any experience with your quad, google searches turn up ZERO.

We seem to have hit a dead end here.

That looks very interesting . Let me know if you try it and your thoughts Andy . I have just ordered a Syma x5 c-1 with camera that records to sd card . So we will see what thats like . Weather isnt being too kind on these holidays :(
