Devo F12e with Syma X5C?

Is it possible to pair the Devo F12e controller with a Syma X5C. No need for camera control. Really just so I have a good controller for my Syma?

Hi mate I think protocal is not the same and the receiver is built in the FCB so you cant change that

I have heard of people harvesting the tx module from the old transmitter and then fitting it to a new transmitter to use with different brands but have no specific knowledge other than that
