CX 20 modification questions

hi I'm new CX 20 open source user and I have few questions
I seen in videos modifications about telemetry , power mission , osd and more which I have no idea anything about so can anyone please give me some information ?
 
telemetry - reports back critical flight information to your radio such as the battery level, flight height, flight distance, aircraft location, etc. so that you can be aware of what is going on during the flight.
power mission - not sure about this one. Maybe waypoints?
osd - allows you to see the telemetry while viewing the flight through a fpv (first person view) device such as goggles. Makes it kinda hard to see the information on the radio if you have goggles on.

thanks both of you , still remained questions on power mission and modifications
what's the best fpv screen , telemetry screen , clips or holders for both on transmitter , how I upgrade\update software , firmware ?
any videos of which step by step other than above posted

Hi, like Jackson said check out You Tube, there is loads of info there for the cx-20 and then follow the links in the comments.
Try this one for set up/updating software....
