I know where to put CW and CCW props and which way the motor has to spin, however, I have gotten some motors and the top parts (I'm sorry I don't know the exact name, it is the little cone that holds the props in), some screw in CW (i.e. righty tighty) and some screw in CCW. Should the motors which screw in CW go with CW props and spin CW, or should they go with CCW props and spin CCW (and a little explanation would be nice too)?

Lefty tighty (left hand threads) are made to do CW props and spin CW where as right hand thread or normal thread is meant to be for CCW props.

So you put the CCW threads onto the CW props and make them spin CW so they torque themselves tighter instead of looser, right?
yes, though if you use nylon lock nuts yo can use all CW threads so that you don't have to search high and low for replacement nuts or worry which is which
