Crashed my drone

I don't think I connected my controller proper to the drome it got trapped in a high tree And when it came down it hit the gimme and the casin The light flash red and green and it says weak controll conection and now whereas before I had cameras connection its says disconnect like I'm not connected when going on menu this is a phantom 3.

Hi is it the Phantom not working or the camera , it is possible the gimbal control board is damaged

It lets me connect phantom to wifi the gimbal moves up and down with controller but no cam. It says weak control signal and if I go to use anything on the app it says disconnected Before this happened it use to come up firmware update If you don't update can this cause this problem The lights on the drome flash red an green The camera seems fine looks no damage

It will not hurt to update the camera so I would do this and see what happens after

Sorry the gimbal I meant to say It hit the back were camera is attatched to but it seems to be working ok Is saying gimbal dissconnection on my iPad on the settings only just noticed this as wasn't on my phone but was on my pad

Hi mate the control from the FCB to the gimbal is Yaw and Tilt the levelling of the gimbal is normally done by the board , so check no wire are damaged that go to the Naza

After and kind a crash, hard hit or modifications. Always check and recheck all wires to make sure they aren't loose. Just because you can't sit it doesn't mean it didn't come loose. I also hot glue most of my connections but not all. If you haven't done so already, take it apart and check and recheck. That's what i would do. Just my .02
