Im looking for any advice before I start my first build. Im using an All Carbon RC stretched x coyote frame. The FC,PDB and VTX are the TBS Elite stack. The motors I am running are Cobra 2204/1960. Ive just ordered E-Max 20A ESCs that should be here Fri/Sat. Since this is my first ground up build..(Ive done repairs and motor swaps on other quads that I own) Im just wanting some imput and advice on how to start this build without the fear of seeing the magic smoke when I plug in the battery. Any help from you seasoned builders would be greatly appreciated. Any tip or tricks you guys use would also be invaluable to me. Thanx Guys.

Best advise I can give you is to build a smoke-stopper. Any error in connections or shorted solder joints, and this device will save you from burning up your first build. It's been known to save fingers too

With that you could also do a lipo and a fuse, then have a few sizes in fuses to allow you to prevent electronic damage for lower amperage or have it for higher amperage. Either way this is an awesome thing for ESC flashing, and bench testing. Also works for LiPo stuff outside of quads.
