Corkscrewing quad

I just built a quad for a friend with all new parts every bit brand new. Only to find on lift off it yaw s right. It will hover OK but as soon as throttle is applied it's got a slight yaw to the right. I'm stumped with this one as every part is brand new props as well.
Carbon fibre 5045. Any help or ideas as to why this would happen is greatly appreciated.

Go to receiver tab in CF/BF, is your yaw way off 1500 compared to pitch and roll? Go into the CLI and set mid_rc to 1500. Yaw should now be closer to 1500, just use subtrim to get it as close to 1500 as you can.
