Connection problems with JJRC X12

Newbie having problems connecting Aurora to controller. Can connect phone to drone. But when I select the controller WIFI, I get no connection to the drone. Help is much appreciated

Thats my problem too no connection but iv got the GPS .?

First you connect your phone to the controller wifi, then open the enjoy fly app and turn on the drone to allow controller to pair with drone which may take a minute or so. Then you should see both controller and drone wireless with the same number, but only connected to controller. Then do the GPS compass and gyro calibrations. Mine works better when I move the phone and controller at least 10 feet away from the drone during calibrations.
