I am about to place an order with HobbyKing.com and would appreciate a second set of eyes. Have I left anything off. This is my first build and I need to make sure I don't get halfway in and need to order something or ordered the wrong size motor or ESC. Thank you in advance!

I don't know much about the flight controller, but the rest of it looks fine. Here is a rough draft from ecalc. I would recommend going with some cheaper props to learn on if this is your first multi.(get several if this is the case)

Some accessories you may think about are bullet connectors if you decide to go this route, heat shrink, xt60 connectors, solder gun, solder, flux, zip ties.

Battery is a bit too small, props should be fine, if they make the motor run warm you can change them. Are you sure you want that flight controller? A multiwii will do about all the same stuff and will have more help if you run into a snag. For example your Radio needs to be PPM to work with the flight controller.

I'd suggest this battery.
