changing my quad around, are my esc ok? baby beast 4s safe?

Hi all, so i got a different frame, and a naze32 to replace my naza lite (i fancy a change and cheaper to replace).
i have baby beast v2 motors (http://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbykin...06_2150KV_Motor_The_34_Baby_Beast_34_V2_.html)
and afro 12a ESC.
the thing is i have some 4s batteries but mostly 3s. id really like to be able to use them safely rather than not at all ( once i get confident enough).
im worried about pulling too many amps, i know im not going to be at full throttle much if at all but i like to be covered.

this thread has charts on it but everyone seems to be unsure about 4s on these, specially with the tri 5030 props i have loads of.

can anyone shed any more light on this? 12amp seems a little low but id rather use the same stuff and just swap the frame and naza.

What battery and ESCs are you using? I think the problem is first going to be on the motors as you are to only draw up to 10 amps.
 
Hard to sort thru all, but isn't this the chart close to the combo you want?

Sure looks like 12A is fine.
