cc3d problem need help

hi there im new to the forum life

iv jest built a budget 250 quad with a cc3d fc
just put it all together and i cant seem to get it to work all i have is a
blue power light and a flashing orange status light .
i know its a old fc to what everyone is using today. I just want to learn to fly it before i try a different fc .

CC3D has 2 status LEDs. Green and Blue??

Is the Tx & RX bound & wired properly to the FC.

hi sorry its a qav250 cc3d littlebee 20a esc 2204-2300kv 1500mah 3s i finally got it to update just having trouble now with it oscillating .cant seem to find the correct pid setting or were to put them i am using libre pilot gcs .
I have been playing with the setting for the past 2 days changing things here and there

do you think i would be better to change the fc to a more up to date board ?

this is my 1st mini quad i have only ever used a kk board and that was year ago

Any board except a naze32.
You said oscillating, have you had it flying?

yeah i have had it flying just around the back garden
i have tryed turning the p gain up and down and the i gain aswell
but to no success

was thinking of the betaflight f3

it only happens on attitude mode
rate mode is fine

just found on librepilot there are already set up tunes from other people so just flashed one on and will try tomorrow
