Can't seem to get it off the ground, NEED HELP........

I am not new to RC but new to quadcopter, so I decided to build one. I did a bunch of research and came up with this for my first setup:

ZMR250
NAZE 32
TIGER 2204 2300KV
BLHELI 12A ESC'S
FPV STUFF
FS-TH9X WITH DJT MODULE
DR4-ll RECIEVER
3S LIPO 45C-90C
5030 PROPS GEMFAN

I am running Cleanflight:

QUAD X
PPM
1024
FAILSAFE 1000
MOTOR STOP
VBAT
1050, 1500 MID, 2000 THROTTLE

PID 3
.60 ROLL
.60 PITCH
.60 YAW
.30 TPA
1500 TP BREAK

SO MY VERY LONG QUESTION IS THIS: I CAN NOT SEEM TO GET THIS TO FLY AT ALL. I INCREASE POWER AND IT JUST FLIPS OVER BASICALLY. WHAT DO I CHANGE TO GET THIS TO ATLEAST HOVER? ANY IDEA?

check the propeller orientation. one of mine did that because I put two of the props in backwards. there should be two clockwise and two counter.
ditto the motors, two clockwise and two counter.
that's the easy fix. more complicated would be one or two underpowered motors.
keep us posted.

Correct on the motors not right. In cleanflight I turned on receiver and tried throttle. 1 and 4 were 200 different than the front 2 and 3. So tried to used trim but still cant get the front two motors the same as the rear, and yes I did the esc calibration. Do not know why this is a problem.

Plus as a side note: all the controls work correctly but noticed that when I hold the quad up in front the props in front speed up. It should speed up the rear props. how do I fix this. Seems to be backwards. This is with no stick input just using the gyro.

Another funny thing is using the master ( in cleanflight) the motors are dead on but when I used the tx the motors are not even. It has to be something I cant find in the TX software, again any ideas with the fs-th9x?

sorry that's a little beyond my tech skills. hopefully somebody with more mojo can help youse with that.
I am afraid it's beyond my skills as well. After the holiday there should be more technically skilled folks available to help. If no one jumps in send a shout out to GJH105775. This sounds like something right up his alley. Don't worry. Someone on the forum will have you an answer.
