Can't bind my transmitter

I purchased yi zhan x4 and I can't bind it to the transmitter somehow it shows like they are connected but it doesn't fly please help me and explain me how to do it I watched every video on YouTube and looked all over the Internet and still can't do it

What do you mean by unlock I didn't hear anything about unlock and the user manual that comes with it sucks I do exactly what they say and it still doesn't fly

Site called tomtop I'll try to contact them for a replacement hope they will help me..
I was waiting for it for long time so annoying it doesn't work
