this. i think this... can this be the one? :) its not putting a quad together from the scratch, but this one looks decent.

I cannot really put a quad together using hobbykings EU warehouse, nothing is available there :(

Also, is this TX and RX any good? Link below:

The spektruim radio is really going to climb before the sale ends. If you can get it, then go for it. The FlySky transmitter would make me sceptical. I'd even get a HKTR6A before trying what appears to be a knockoff. A orange Tx is around 40 pounds. The FPV system looks nice, the 32ch video transmitter will work with almost any 5.8ghz receiver. But you do still have to get a video receiver and goggles(or screen). If you get one without FPV, you can get a full FPV system for 99USD (about 66 pounds/90 Euros).

Hi my friend the dx7 is the older style dx7 , If you can get a spektrum do so as they will give you the range and work well, but as George said the price will go up what I would do is look at the price of a new radio and if you cant get a used one for less than half its price dont buy it
As for the fly sky they are hoping your get mixed up with frsky radio which is much better , I was told once buy as much transmitter as you can it will last you , I paid £300 for the DX9 but it is upgrade able for more years then I will be flying for ,its easy to set up and if I break it I can get it fixed not bin it and start again
this is new but there is a second hand one at the moment is £72 I would go for the new upgraded one for £119
