Frame: QAV-R
Motors: Lumenier 2350 KV
ESC's: Lumenier 30A BLheli_S Opto 2-4s
Flight Controller: F4 V5 Pro AIO
FPV CAM: Run Cam Split
 
All that should work nicely.
Just check it with a multimeter before you plug a lipo into it. Shame to waste all that kit. Maybe should have started with cheaper just as reliable parts.
But you will have a blast on 4s.
 
The fcb is an all in one. So it runs right off the lipo. Just connect esc's, motors, frame antenna & good to go. Good idea but if something breaks,although you could add extras it would be dead weight.
The most I would go for is a fcb/pdb.
Like the Neo which also has a separate
OSD/Vtx. Combined with a 4in1 esc if your into that. Gives a 3 board stack.
I would rather stay with separate esc's on the arm's & have a 2 stack with 15 or 20mm standoffs to keep the CG tight.
