Buying recommendation for indoor drone < 400$ ?

Dear Quadcopter Forum,

first time poster here! I am a complete drone newbie, but for my work currently looking into business models and industrial applications of drones that have not been fully commercialized yet - e.g. indoors, for example in large buildings / structures.

In order to get a feeling for these applications and the limitations, I am looking to buy an indoor-compatible, yet still not too flimsy drone. My boss gave me a limit of around 400$. Camera should be included.

So far I have come up with the Parrot AR 2.0 Elite, because it comes with an indoor casing.

Do you have any other / better recommendations for me?

Hi mate the parrot is a great one to do the job there are others but a lot have QC problems 3 out of 10 may not work well
