brush type motor 1 of 4 slow WL V959

It seems that one motor is no longer performing well enough so no stability . Is this a typical motor failure ? How long does a typical brushtype last?

Maybe more of a transmitter problem ? When I try to trim rudder -left while running Forward left & right rear will
stop turning . Any trim change at all gives big change in all prop speeds while careful to not change throttle If I open up are there potentiometers that can be cleaned?

You might try to get all of your trim settings back to there middle positions and start again. I was playing with one of mine that I had anchored and when the trim would get way out of wack the motors would stop turning etc. A brushed motor will wear out eventually and need repair or replacement. Maybe you got a bad one that did not last very long.

Will try today Maybe not allowing enough time for gyros to settle? will report Thanks

Neutralizing trim did not help To test motor I moved left rear to right front its still slow on left rear I am thinking the board is Ok but the transmitter is delivering wrong voltage to this motor tried a digital voltmeter on the board pins while throttled up & no trim. Voltages very close to each other but I think I shorted the troublesome connection as no motor turns it now. I will order the V222 upgrade kit so I get new transmitter & new board & will add a couple of spare motors

Not sure if your quad has bearings either end of the prop shafts like my udi u818a. But when one of my bearings gave up the quad was very hard to fly. Spin each prop by hand and that will let you know if one or more bearings are buggered. They are very small 7.5mm outer diameter from memory.
I am only new to quads so take this with a grain of salt but I hope it helps.
