PLEASE HELP!!!
I received my brand new (not refurbished) Mavic Pro Platinum drone yesterday. Opened up the box and plugged the batteries into the charging hub and no green lights on any of the batteries and a red light on the charging hub!!! I called technical support and was told to leave the batteries plugged in overnight so I did and woke up today and still nothing.

Would just contact support again but if you don't have one get a multimeter and can check the voltage on the batteries for yourself instead of relying solely on the built in meters. Generally batteries are shipped with 50% charge since they can sit on the shelf at this voltage without damage and will only trickle discharge at a very slow rate (would take years to get to empty). If a lithium cell gets below about 3.0V it is typically unable to be charged again and can be unsafe to do so, so most chargers will refuse to start if cells connected seem to be below this low voltage threshold. They should replace the battery (and/or charger) for you though this isn't a consumer problem to solve :)

Sorry for posting in the wrong area. Newbie mistake and thanks for the quick reply... just really frustrated that I have a dead bird and the steps I'm going through to get it in the air

No worries might get some mavic owners who chime in as well but lots of us on the forum here build our own as well so lots more of the DIY style advice or go back to mfg from me :)
